At New England Baptist Hospital we embrace the transparency PatientCareLink offers the public. We use this site to continuously improve the delivery of exceptional patient care.
We did have variances in our hours per patient day over the past year in the ICU and on Lahey 5. In the ICU our hours were over budget due to variability in patient census. Lahey 5 is a five day per week unit. The hours per patient day gets skewed based on the fact that there patients are on the unit until 7 PM but not captured when the midnight census data is collected. |
