Providing high quality of care and maintaining staff and patient safety is always top priority at Franciscan Children's Hospital.
Franciscan Children's Hospital is a an organization specializing in providing care children with complex medical and mental health. The acuity in both behavioral health and medical inpatient can vary greatly. We've focused our efforts to build infrastructures to support the increased acuity and changing needs of our patients. We've come up with creative care models to flex to the increasing demand for our services in addition to the acuity shift. Our volumes over the first part of FY22 have been greatly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We have launched a structured plan to invest in our employees to improve our overall recruitment and retention efforts. We are committed to expanding our services and doing everything possible to accommodate the increased need for post-acute medical and mental health in pediatrics. |
