Other Reasons for +/- 5% Variance
During the course of 2016, Landmark Medical Center implemented a major computer conversion, allowing for electronic bed side documentation. This resulted in an increase in staffing on many units; requiring more staffing hours than planned. As staff were involved in Development and training of the new system.
