Additional Unit Information: |
The nursing staff on the unit provide outpatient services to |
patients such as IV antibiotics, blood transfusion and |
chemotherapy primarily the day shift and the beginning of |
the evening shift. |
Evening and night shift on call respiratory therapy available |
on a call status. |
Licensed for 15 acute beds but have an additional ten |
swing beds for rehab. |
50/50 mix of rehab and acute patients. |
This unit also provides 12 dedicated hours of OT and PT |
services during the week and four hours of OT on the |
weekend for the rehab patients. |
