| Other Reasons for +/- 5% Variance |
| Telemetry was a new service as of Feb 06, extra support for the staff was ongoing. There was an increased number of oncology patients due to increase in services in the Cancer Center. Implementation and training for the electronic nursing documentation system required extra support for the staff. There has been an increase in volume of substance abuse patients which required more staff than expected. MS3 was the training site for the RN New Grad Program. The Hospitalist Program began during the Summer 06.
