| Note: two plans were originally submitted for this unit, (a "pre" and "post" plan) in anticipation of 4-bed upgrade. The upgrade took place before January 2008 so the following WHPPD were in place:
9.61 WHPPD from October through December (1/4 of the year)
11.40 WHPPD from January through end of year (3/4 of the year)
Thus the weighted average (the figure I consider "posted" or expected) would have been 10.88 WHPPD. |
