| This was a New Unit. It was only operational for one quarter of the fiscal year (mid-June through September 2007).
From the moment it opened, the unit was staffed to accomodate a full census. The unit was not immediately filled, but instead built up to its full capacity as additional surgeries were booked through the OR. Thus, the actual WHPPD were much higher than would otherwise have been the case.
