| Additional Unit Information: |
| Nursing care is organized to support team work and to meet a philosophy of demonstration of caring behaviors to our patients. Low nursing turnover and minimal agency usage promote consistency and continuity in care delivery. Our nursing staff members also participate in the Division of Nursing's Shared Governance structure.
The CVU is a fully monitored Cardio/Vascular Unit treating pre and post cardiac catheterization, cardiac angioplasty, EP studies, ablations, Pace makers, ICDs and endovascular diagnostic procedures. |
