| Nursing care is organized to support team work and to meet a philosophy of demonstration of caring behaviors to our patients. Low nursing turnover and minimal agency usage promote consistency and continuity in care delivery. Our nursing staff members also participate in the Division of Nursing's Shared Governance structure. 50/50 Med/Surg with Oncology. Rapid turnover for Surgical patients, Mental Health Consults, Spectra-link phone system. Chemo certified RNs available 24 hours per day, Centralized Lab, Wound Care. |
