Additional Unit Information:
High turnover of admissions/transfers/discharges. Pediatric Surgical Day Care (approx 650) Deployed tasks: IVs, EKGs, Nebulizer tratments, Nasppharyngeal swabs, urinary caths for pedi population in radiology. Pediatrics used for Sick Day Care for employee's children who are ill. Minimal staffing requirements for 2 RNs per shift regardless of census.
