Other Team Members:
BRH has developed a Behavior Monitoring program that provides 1:1 supervision by trained nonlicensed individuals that are responsible for direct hands on care as well as safety observation. In review of last year's data the BI unit would have from 3 to 6 patients on the program at any given time. We have found that the patients move through this program quickly. The majority requiring the increased supervision/care in the first 24 hour period only. This has allowed for safe transfer from the acute setting to acute rehab. setting.
