Additional Unit Information:
Marth's Vineyard Hospital is a critical access hospital, the inpatient unit is a mixed unit with a primarily geraitric population and the beds are also used for SNF beds for patients requiring rehab services. Staffing is adjusted based on the acuity of patients, age and mental status. Staffing may be supplemented with additonal care givers such as 1:1 patient observers when required. Respiratory therapy is in house 12 hours per day and available on call 24/7.
