Activities personnel are included in cost center and as part
of daily staff on-unit.
Nursing education provided by centralized department, and
is not unit-based
Nurse manager has 24 hour responsibility.
Off-shift manager on evenings and nights.
Precepting, orientation and competency best practice
education require additional staffing.
Substance Abuse Intake Coordinator on day shift
Staffing based on average acuity and workload - but shifts
in acuity and workload influence staffing.
