| Two Social Workers, one Expressive Therapist, and one
Substance Abuse Counselor are included in cost center and
as part of daily staff on-unit.
Nursing education provided by centralized department, and
is not unit-based.
Staffing based on average acuity & workload
but shifts in acuity and workload influence staffing.
Precepting, orientation and competency education require
additional staffing.
Nurse manager has 24 hour responsibility.
