| The Pediatric unit volume was decreased by 2 patients per day throughout the majority of the year. As a small 14 bed unit, any decrease in census impacts the patient care hours (PCH). The nurse manager reviews the Quadramed system daily to adjust staffing as needed to meet the patient care needs. |
