Nursing care is organized to support team work and to meet a philosophy of demonstration of caring behaviors to our patients. Low nursing turnover and minimal agency utilization promote consistency and continuity in care delivery. Our nursing staff members also participate in the Division of Nursing's Shared Governance structure. Combined ICU/CCU, RNs - ACLS, some RNs CCRN. IV Conscious Sedation, Cardioversions, TEE's, Bronchoscopies, Respiratory Specialists. |
