SK 3 experienced some staff turnover this year which impacted the Patient Care Hours. The nurse manager adjusts the Patient Care Hours twice a day based on census, admission and clinical acuity. This unit also had an increase in patients requiring 1:1 sitters for safety, specifically in the pulmonary rehabilitation program.
