| Additional Unit Information: |
| Jordan 4 is a 19 bed unit with 16 telemetry monitored beds that provides continuous cardiac monitoring and close observation for patients with a range cardiac disturbances. Patients on this unit may include cardiology, hematology, nephrology, gerentology, and post operative arrthymias.

Daily Staffing varies to meet anticipated census fluctuation

| Nurse Manager has 24 hour accountability
Clinical Resource Nurse supports Nurse Manager. Although this position may provide some direct care, it is not included in WHPPD
RN Bed Facilitator available to manage throughput for the inpatient units Mon-Fri.

Residents for all orthopedics
AT&T Line available 24 hours for interpreting. There is also a contract for personal interpreters when needed. |
