Additional Unit Information:
Unlicensed Assistive Personnel perform EKG/phlebotomy tasks. Nurse management has 24 hour responsibility for unit. Computerized MD order entry. MICU and Step Down Unit are side by side. Night unlicensed assistive personnel from Step Down Unit will provide coverage to the MICU if needed.
