| Nurse Manager has 24 hour accountability for West 3, float
pool and patient transport.
Nursing education provided by centralized department, and
is not unit-based.
Clinical leader/charge nurse in RN numbers listed above.
Precepting, orientation and competency best practice
education require increased staffing
IV Team available until 7pm
Clerical support until 6:30pm daily
Staffing based on average acuity & workload
but shifts in acuity and workload influence staffing.
