Additional Unit Information:
The Worked Hours Per Patient Day (WHPPD) for the combined Level II and Level III infants are shown on the Special Care Nursery staffing plan as the two units were combined for much of the year. The Level III service was approved mid-year and has been established as a separate department for fiscal year 2009. There are now two separate departments/locations: NICU=10 Level III beds and 4 Level II beds. SCN=16 Level II beds.
