Additional Unit Information:
Unit Manager currently budgeted for 16 hours per week. Respiratory Therapy, Lab, Security and Patient Registration available and are shared throughout the hospital. Unit clerical support responsible for clerical and direct patient care activities. 7 ED assistants also responsible for some housekeeping duties which remove them from the ED. (cleaning Operating Rooms and Labor & Delivery rooms when needed.) Behavioral Health Evals performed in ED by off campus vendor. Financial Counseling available 7am - 8pm; Security in house 9pm - 5:30am. One Polish interpreter available on site. Otherwise, use interpreters from Language Bridge, sign interpreters, phone, etc.
