| Nursing care is organized to support team work and to meet a philosophy of demonstration of caring behaviors to our patients. Low nursing turnover promotes consistency and continuity in care delivery. Our nursing staff members also participate in the Division of Nursing's Shared Governance structure. 20 bed locked adult psych unit - providing care for Adult/Adolescent Psych patients, Interdisiplinary Care Team, Psychologist, Dual Diagnosis Patients. |
