| Staffing based on average acuity & workload but shifts in acuity & staffing inlfuence staffing. Nurse Manager has 24 hour accountability. Nursing education provided by centralized department, and is not unit-based Precepting, orientation & competency education require additional staffing. Two Social Workers and .5 Occupational Therapist assigned to unit as part of staff. 32 hour Psychologist assigned to unit. Interpreter available all shifts Off-Shift Manager (Supervisor) available Mon-Fri Eve and Night and all weekend. |
