planned implementation of NUR electronic medical record necessitated training...go live did not occur until 12/7/10 but had initially been planned for August. training and retraining added many hours hours to the budget 1:1 needs increased significantly for patient safety watches; higher patient care needs 3p to 7 p are very heavy hours with the majority of discharges and admissions happening during this time period.
