Other Reasons for +/- 5% Variance
The Traumatic brain injury unit experienced a change in their patient population with the expansion of the disorders of conciousness program. The nursing staffing was adjusted to meet the demand of these patients. Additionally, the unit continues to have patients requiring 1:1 sitters due to their cognitive issues.
