Other Reasons for +/- 5% Variance
In order to meet our budgeted FTE's, we recognized the need to address NA staffing: the mid-day shift 10a-730p did not provide adequate coverage. Staff would not come in to work just a few hours before 10am or after 7:30p; we ended up with a full shift and, consequently, were overstaffed relative to budget.
