| Other Reasons for +/- 5% Variance |
| SHC utilizes the Quadramed acuity system to assess the changing nursing workload required by our inpatient population. 2WEST has experienced and increase in complex oncology and telemetry patients requiring an adjustment to the staffing grids. Due to the increase in CNA vacancies the orientation hours were above budget this year. |
