| Other Reasons for +/- 5% Variance |
| As a small facility, our core staffing is at the minimum safe requirement at many times and cannot always be adjusted down for low census. In addition to lower than expected census, there are factors that are unaccounted for in this survey. Our staff may wear several hats and may be called upon to perform other duties or provide care to surgical day or infusion patients that overflow from another department not tracked through the PCL survey or services that are required when that department is closed. |
