| Additional Unit Information: |
| In addition to direct care nursing staff, we have one nursing |
| supervisor per shift who is responsible for administrative |
| nursing needs. A nurse manager oversees the entire |
| nursing program. |
| 30 hours budgeted for phlebotomy per week to the unit. |
| Deployed task: admitting - four FTEs dedicated to managing |
| referrals and admissions. |
