Additional Unit Information:
In addition to direct care nursing staff, we have one nursing
supervisor per shift who is responsible for administrative
nursing needs. A nurse manager oversees the entire
nursing program.
30 hours budgeted for phlebotomy per week to the unit.
Deployed task: admitting - four FTEs dedicated to managing
referrals and admissions.
