| Additional Unit Information: |
| Nursing care is organized to support team work and to meet |
| a philosophy of demonstration of caring behaviors to our |
| patients. Low nursing turnover and minimal agency |
| utilization promote consistency and continuity in care |
| delivery. Our nursing staff members also participate in the |
| Division of Nursing's Shared Governance structure. |
| Sub-acute unit, Average length of stay - ten days, |
| Unit has short term Rehab focus, strong orthopedic |
| population, Administrator, MDS Coordinator, Medical Director |
| LPN coverage - Days-two shifts per week; Evenings-two |
