| Additional Unit Information: |
| Nursing care is organized to support team work and to meet |
| a philosophy of demonstration of caring behaviors to our |
| patients. Low nursing turnover and minimal agency |
| utilization promote consistency and continuity in care |
| delivery. Our nursing staff members also participate in the |
| Division of Nursing's Shared Governance structure. |
| All RNs - Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certified, Neonatal |
| Stability Certified (STABLE), some International Board |
| Certified Lactation Consultant certified. Affiliated with |
| Children's Hospital Umbrella Group. Clinical Specialist on |
| site 32 hours per week, average. On beeper 24 hours per |
| day. 24 hour coverage - Neonatologist,Lactation availability |
