This staff reponds to the ED, Pedi, MIU and L&D for neonatal
critical assessment as well as starting IVs and blood draws
Transports neonate patient to other departments as well as
tertiary centers
Attends high risk deliveries
Clinical Manager provides 50% or more of their time in
direct care and is included as direct caregiver.
