| Unlicensed Assistive Personnel perform EKG/phlebotomy |

| Needham 7 to begin FY 06 at 30 beds but reducing to 24 |
| beds when a new unit opens 1/1/06. For January - |
| September Needham 7 census planned to be 19.7 so that is |
| the census to be used in this plan. |
| Nurse management has 24 hour responsibility for unit. |
