| Average daily census increased throughout FY06 and remained greater than planned. Positions were created to accommodate the increased census. Temporary staff is being utilized to augment TCU staffing until new permanent staff complete orientation. Nursing Leadership also assists with direct patient care as needed however hours not classified as direct care hours. |
