| Other Reasons for +/- 5% Variance |
| New unit opened up mid-February 2006. It was started with a bed capacity of 10 beds and increased as staff were oriented and ready to take full assignments. There was an increased number of staff working on some shifts due to experience level. This will change as experience levels increase and staffing will more closely match up with the staffing plan. Minimum staffing requirements in the beginning when the unit opened and only had 10 beds open. |
