The TBi unit has seen in increase in admission volume this past year. We have also experienced an increase in the need for 1:1 supervision to assure patient safety. The Nurse manager utilizes the Quadramed acuity tool to assist in adjusting stffing to meet the changing patient care needs. The budgeted PCH for FY 09 was higher than the patient population required and as adjusted apropriately to meet patient needs.
