| "Other" refers to Patient Safety Monitors who are individuals that are trained to provide patient care as well as monitor and intervene wihen the patient is unsafe. They are added to the staffing pattern as needed. We frequently have two to three patients requiring close supervision. The planned staffing pattern accommodates the unit need through the additional staff and daily staff. |
