Other Reasons for +/- 5% Variance
Due to contract language, not able to flex down as needed. Response to this variability in census included a reorganization to bring staffing patterns in line with budgeted ADC as well as closure of unit and transition from Med/Surg to telemetry necessitating additional staff to assist in the transition.
