| Additional Unit Information: |
| Unit is managed by a nurse manager and nursing director. |
| A house supervisor covers the unit on evening, night and |
| weekend shifts. The unit has a full time staff psychiatrist |
| PAs are on site Monday - Friday day shift and on call after. |
| Staffing is done by the staffing office with assistance by |
| the nurse manager and house supervisor. |
| Direct care staffing levels are flexed up and down by the |
| responsibilities. |
| If needed 1:1 patient observers are utilized, but they are |
| not budgeted for. |
