Additional Unit Information:
Unit is managed by a nurse manager and nursing director.
A house supervisor covers the unit on evening, night and
weekend shifts. The unit has a full time staff psychiatrist
PAs are on site Monday - Friday day shift and on call after.
Staffing is done by the staffing office with assistance by
the nurse manager and house supervisor.
Direct care staffing levels are flexed up and down by the
responsibilities.
If needed 1:1 patient observers are utilized, but they are
not budgeted for.
