Nurse manager reports to VP of Patient Care.
Two to one ratio but there is always a float nurse for code.
ICU and IMC clinical nurse specialists function as managers
off shift.
ICU and CCU share the same manager; based on need
nurses float from IMC to ICU.
1:1 patient obsesrvers by VP approval only.
Nursing students occasionally.
One Pharmacist covers for all units.
Nutritionist until 6pm.
